Default So I installed Laust's Vacuum Manifold yesterday

And LOST 2 inches of vacuum! I swear, everytime I work on this motor I end up losing vacuum. It's really frustrating! Everything is hooked up and all hose connections are ziptied. I'm at a loss here to explain this. Someone help me out!

Did you use the copper crush washers on both sides of the banjo bolts?

I put a hi-temp rubber washer between the vac manifold and the intake manifold.

Yep, I used the copper gaskets. Dropped more than a few down into the engine bay too. What a PITA to recover!

You've got a Turbo S so I assume you have the intake manifold w/ the dual banjo bolts. When I installed mine one of the threaded inserts for the banjo (the one in the intake manifold) backed out about 1/8th of a turn when I unscrewed the banjo bolt. As a result the Laust piece did not sit flush on both of the threaded inserts and I had a small vacuum leak.
