Default 951 running rich?

My car appears to be running rich, according to the plugs. I have a just-rebuilt stock motor and was wondering if when you adjust the idle does that have any influence on mixture at/or around idle. My car will be going on the dyno tomorrow. Any other suggestions or ideas?

If the motor was just rebuilt, you may have gotten some oil on the plugs (how long did the motor run before you checked the plugs?)
Also, check your distributor cap/rotor, O2 sensor may need to be changed if it hasn't, and clogged injectors.
It's also possible that you have a boost leak (between the turbo and throttle).

The motor has about 1.5-2.0 hrs on it, 30 miles maybe. I have replaced the O2 sensor, plugs, wires, coil, etc. but I did not rebuild/replace the fuel injectors. I will look into the boost leak tomorrow, the car seems to be boosting just fine, and I will put the car on the dyno either tues or weds...
