Okay, not quite ready to start a list quite yet, and I'll start a new thread when I do.
I'm still waiting on word back from some vendors on pricing, until then no committments.

I did find out some info I was looking for -
Turbo mount bolt sizes for anyone interested are M8x125 and M8x35 courtesy of the Porsche PET pdf.
Cam housing bolts are M8x35 as well, 8.8 grade. M8 thread pitch is at 1.25

I'm still working on this and in the process of getting quotes from vendors. I've been asked for more specific information regarding the turbine outlet studs as well as the exhaust manifold studs. Does anyone happen to know the DIN# of these studs? I need that to compute the overall length, as Porsche only lists the nut end length. If no one knows the DIN Number, does anyone know the Tap end length of the above-mentioned studs?

Thanks!

Please add me to the list.

I've got a K26/6 sitting in the garage. Two studs already broke, so I guess I could drill one out and measure the depth?

Ronin, I have the parts at my garage - I can measure them as well so don't worry about drilling anything out. I won't be back there until this weekend so I thought I would ask the folks here. RT930 is going to do some digging and see what he can find as well. I think I've found a vendor for all of it though, and local to me which saves us all the initial shipping expense. They are just waiting on the info on the studs to give me back the quote.
Here's more information than you ever wanted on Metric Studs and how to measure them:
Metric Stud Whitepaper
And a great link for all sorts of data on metric fasteners of all types
