I think you're crazy for getting rid of that turbo.
The compressor will support a lot more power than what you made on that dyno chart. Plus the turbine looks to be on the large side for a 2.5L, so it would spool even faster on a 2.8L.
Spend the money on a good cam and a N/A ported head. That's money much better spent.
