I don't know much about wheels but are these wheels a good buy?

I love those wheels, I don't give a damn if they're heavy! The only thing I've heard bad about them Luis is they're heavy compared to some of the custom wheels you can get today. The aren't produced anymore, the closest you can get similar to that are Fiske IIRC.

Wonder what the reserve is...if they would fit my car I think I'd go up to at least 1400-1600.

not knowing what reserve is, it looks like it. Yellow bird wheels I would assume would be pretty sought after. Dunno about how it would look on a 951 though.

there was one on ebay a few months ago that had them, it was stone gray, beige interior which was rough but the wheels on the car looked great.

As stated if you do not care about weight they look great. I had 2 sets the old style that is on ebay and the new style. They were on 2 different 951's I had at the time. Hard to beat for looks, but they are HEAVY. One set was polished which were the ones that I though looked the best. When I sold them I got $1500 to $2000 for them. One set were 18's and the other 17's. I got out of them what I payed and had them over 2 years, they will hold there value very well.

Bret, I want to buy those wheels, but i recommend not to bid on that item. It has been known that people that bid on the same item as lart has suffered the SS Syndrome (sudden suicide syndrome) last person that bid on the same item as me ended up stabbing himself in the back 10 times and after that jumped into a river.

OMG! those are bricks. I didn't think they look that good but then I saw the pic. They are nice but you'd have to do at least that much in upgrades to make up for the weight!

33 lbs that's the freakin' anchor !!
The club sport wheels ( TS ) weigh, at the most 20 lbs ....
I think my Mg Cup wheels weigh around 18lbs ...
Thats a lot of weight for a look.... But then again they are 17 and 18 and pretty wide at 9 and 10
Good luck Luis
