So I fixxed the issue with the wheel binding, I had to trim away some of that black plastic trim cover.

Now I'm having another horn issue. Either the horn doesn't work at all because the 928 switch isn't making contact with the momo hub, OR when I put the 928 switch in contact with the hub, the horn is on all the time!

The 928 switch must be grounding out on something, allowing the horn circuit to complete, but I have no idea on what. Any ideas?
