Yep, car was idling with 3 cylinders here too for a few seconds when I left it in neutral. Looks like the same problem.

If you go back to big bore are you going to use the same sleeves like we have or go to the Darton Mid sleeve that Chris is doing now ? The Mid sleeves look to be the better design.

Tossing #1 rod thru the stock block is how I got to build a big bore.

Did the rod itself break or was it something else, like a rod bolt etc?

Update: The rod bearing did not fail. Only the rod snapped in half. See the new thread.
