I called them over a week ago to ask a question about one of their parts kits so I could place an order... they took my number and were supposed to call me back. No call as of yet.
My experience with them is: If you want to buy something, they are all over it. If you are asking questions about a previous or past purchase, get in line... and it's apparently a long line.
Their knowledge is great, their online selection is complete and well thought-out, prices are very competitive, but they apparently need help in the customer service department...

I've never had an issue with Lindsey. I usually ask for Dave when I call. I've had a mixup with them once or twice about a part and they've always been top notch about getting it sorted out. Questions always answered and items shipped promptly. I'd recommened them to anyone.

Never had but, extremely exceptional customer service from Lindsey racing. Just call and ask for dave.
He has always returned all of my phone calls and always been willing to take the time to answer any and all questions I might be having.
I called once a few weeks ago cause it turns out they didnt send a flange I needed for their new SS 4inch exhaust and I called and asked if they could find me one.
Dave said to call him back in a few hours. I called back and not only did they find one for me but, he gave the me tracking #(they had already shipped it out UPS!!!!)
The customer service I have gotten there and hered from others is second to none. In my mind its lindsey or vitesse who you should deal with.

yeah their shipping was prompt, unfortunately the silicon connector sent with the stage 2 MAF was the wrong size. I want to get it sorted before my next track day and am running out of time.
