Sorry to hear about that man, I have had the same kinda problems with them. Luckily there are lots of other good vendors out there for us.

Ok, maybe they just lost my "call back" note. I'll try them again one of these days...

I have extremely good experience with them. They have always been awesome, one of the best vendors that I have dealt with period. That is not just with porsches. I have a lot of their parts and could not be happier with their customer service.

Hello, I saw this thread and wanted to post a reply. We have been experiencing some growing pains as Bret mentioned (i.e. phone lines, internet issues) But in the midst of all this taking care of you is always our #1 priority. I apologize if sometimes your calls are not returned promptly from Dave or Mike. Trust me we wish there were more hours in a day. We have even talked about extending our hours of operation to help in this area. You are always welcome to call me or e-mail me and I will let you know what is going on. It is my goal to make sure that everyone gets taken care of and has a positive experience with us. Because I would want to be treated the same way when I deal with a company. Cheers.

I can't say enough good things about lindsey racing. The customer service is great and Mike has spent alot of time on the phone with me, he is very helpful. From my expience they are very busy, especialy with the move. If you really want to get in touch don't wait to get a call back keep trying them, I think they get so many calls they don't have much time to call back because they are on the phone with some one else who called them.
