Default FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR BRACKET

Hi everyone:

SD Porsche Fan was interested in the little adapter bracket that I made up to adapt the SX Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) to my cruise control bracket. This allows you to add an adjustable FPR (supplied by LR as part of their Fuel Rail Kit) without deleting the cruise control (which I kind of like).

To fabricate the bracket you need to have a Bridgeport Mill at your disposal or have it fabricated by a shop. It's an easy job made from aluminim bar stock (I then had mine red anodized).

The bracket mounts to the SX FPR (instead of the bracket that is supplied with the FPR) and then is mounted to the Cruise Control bracket (which I had chrome plated). You need to drill a couple of small holes into the CC bracket.

Feel free to call if you have any questions.

Tom

Default Thanks!

Thanks for the compliments. I literally took the entire top of the engine apart and redid all the plumbing last year. It came out pretty nicely and it goes just as good as it looks!

Yup that's one of my other baby's in the back ground. If you want to see the whole picture library, you can see them at the following link.

Best regards!

Tom--
I'm signing on for a group buy LR fuel rail for my 86 951. Would like to retain the cruise. Your setup looks very nice. Would it be possible to have you make me up the appropriate brackets? I have no machining capabilities myself, and would be more than happy to compensate you.
Another question, with this arrangement, would you recommend I get the assembled or loose hose setup? My system is stock/unmodified, I plan on connecting to the metal lines at the stock location.
Many thanks.
Your cars are amazing. Very nice work.
Greg
