Is there a best weight oil to go with for startup? Is thicker or thinner better?

It's called "time change acclimation". It prevents jet lag. Cal. is 3 hours behind Florida. 3am is midnight.
I've been on more damned airplanes, to more damned time zones, than you can possibly imagine. With any amount of notice, it's best to put your body on the time zone of your area of operation. It's also important to learn how to steal 30 minutes of sleep, while making it mostly REM sleep. You can train to do that. I'm still good at that. It's mind over matter, and I don't mind.
