It was a LSD. Non-LSD wouldn't fish tail like that, it would have just spun one wheel. Try each type in the snow covered road and you will understand the difference. The non-LSD would just spin one wheel while the other one just stayed on the pavement, but the LSD car, as both tires spin, would slide off the road if the road had a crown on it.

Not necessarily true, there are many non-LSD cars, including the 951, that fishtail very well. It has to do with equal torsion through the axles translating to equal torque at the tires. There are circumstances where you will spin one wheel, obviously, but there are plenty where you can leave twin marks and have the back end dancing around pretty darn well.

That said, all 951S were equipped with LSD and a trans-cooler stock.

On the subject of transmissions, I have a cooler on my 951 but I don't think it has an LSD is that possible? and about the fish tail w/o LSD I got on mine the other night merging onto the highway from a drive way and she went side ways, so I think non-LSD cars can do the hula.

Interesting technique to lift off when the car has already fishtailed for almost a second..

I've been in a very similar situation and those roadsign sure jump up and scare you.

I would like to see dyno proof and listen to the system when on the track.

yeah we need to get some good exhaust clips up. I still have my old 3inch exhaust lindsey video but, that thing is seriously out dated.

I will make some new clips when I get daves new custome exhaust on there in a few weeks
