I was wrong about the rating on the Fuzions...guess I read it wrong. My bad. Look I'm not trying to talk you into buying any brand of tire, I've just had bad experience with Kumho and you were the one that asked...don't take it so personal. Let us know how the SPT's work out for you, it's always good to have more good choices in tires. Where did you find a set of 3-piece wheels for $1000? Sounds like a killer deal if they were new.

Default Kumho Ecsta SPT

I don't take it personal, I know the Kumho Supra 712 was a crappy tire, but the 711 was a really good tire, lasted all the way down to the belt and was smooth and quiet. The SPT is brand new like the MX and I think they are ding well so far and should be given the benefit of the doubt. I think I am going to try out the SPT, it's only $10 for less for all four on Tirerack, and if I don't like them then I'll get the Fuzion's next time. For $440. I don't think I'll lose sleep over it. I bought DP Enduro 17" 3 piece refinished wheels (powder black center)
for $900 and I am going to put 225/45-17 in the front and 255/40-17 in the rear. I'll definitelt post my feedback on the SPT. I was also looking at the Bridgestone Potenza RE750, but too pricey, $702 for all four...
