I just saw on paragon's site they are skedadling because of the hurricane. They say there may be a delay in shipping orders.

Paragon should move to Vancouver, BC, Canada so theyre safe from angery female cloud formations...
Ok, I just want cheaper/faster shipping without customs issues or Global Express pucking up my stuff
But seriously, best of luck to them and everyone else.

I just talked to Jim(jwl) and even though there was a mandatory evac order, it's not being inforced now. He got 2 drums of water, 3 drums of gas, and 3 drums of diesel, lots of canned goods too. He has a 25kw generator that runs off a tractor PTO and then a 5kw generator that runs on gas - all of this at his shop, just about 2 miles from Paragon. The track car, his red car, and his wifes 930 were all inside at the shop.

Well if Jim puts Sugar, his 15 yo Chihuahua at Paragon - I double dog DARE anyone to try to get in the door without Jim or his wife Veronica!! That's the GD'est meanest little dog I've every come across in my life. I tried to get in his dad's motorhome one day while they were up here at the lake, Sugar damn near took the tip of my shoe off!
If your a looter, you better be the one with a gun if Sugar is on patrol!

I just hope they stay safe and they dont have any loses. We all need these guys for thier incredible service.
I'm also glad I placed my $800 order yesterday and it was shipped out.
Stay safe guys. I hope you and your business fare the storm well.

Well, the storm has turned enough to miss CC; my vessel sits at 27.09N and 90.29W - and is just about taking a direct hit at the moment. I hope the Marianas stays on location and weathers it out with minimal damage. The satellite transponder quit on battery power two days ago so we have no idea if she it still on location or not. It is also within 12 miles of some serious BP production units so I'm sure they'll have a plane out tomorrow afternoon checking on assets.
