Default oil residue around turbo housing

Ive been taking a good look at things while the head is being worked on. I noticed caked oil around the center section of my turbo. Is this a simple matter of replacing gaskets or does it require a professional rebuild?

There are o-rings at the top oil feed line and on the bottom oil drain.

The top is easy to replace, the bottom... must remove the turbo.

Hopefully this is your problem and nothing more serious

k, I was hoping there was something relatively easy to at least try. I wont have my cyl. head back for a week and Im probably sending the exhaust headers out for coating, so I should have time to see if I can pull the turbo for that botton o-ring.

Thanks
