I have some pics on my other laptop which is in my office at work. I can upload and post tomorrow. Basically there is a bracket welded to each strut tower. The STB is a flat piece with a couple of well-placed bends that is bolted to the brackets by two bolts on each side.

What's the deal? Is this hood for sale or not? No return email or PM.

Chad-- Please post an asking price if the hood is still available. If it has been sold, or is no longer for sale , then please let everyone know.

Thanks.

Sorry about the delay guys i've been stuck doubling out at my jobs and I havent even been on the computer in a few days.

The hood is still for sale. Since it is a rare part and I am not 100% sure what it is worth I have been talking to a few people that are into turbo cups in depth. Im sure some of you might think that I should just sell it for whatever, But I too had been looking for a turbo cup hood for at least the past 3 years unsuccessfully till I found the one I own.

I would love to use this hood on my car but the fact Its so rare scares me. I was just going to use it as a decoration in my game room, but i could use the money to fund other projects for my car.

The fact that I paid a decent amount for the hood and the fact that no one can give me a dollar amount on the hood makes things tough to say ok i Want x number of dollars for it thats why I said i was taking offers on It.

If you guys want a $ amount I will atempt to get some figures from the guys I talk to but even a few of them said the fact they havent seen any for sale in so long makes it hard to even come up with a price.

I am going to post a few pics for you guys.

I will try to come up with a solid number that will make me ok with parting with something that ive been wanting for such a long time until then anyone with a realistic offer can email me at nocturnal_breed@yahoo.com

The hood is worth what somebody will pay for it. The only way I could see to fairly sell it is to put it up for an auction of some type.

Tifo has taken a holidat from RL.

I am thinking an aftermarket "kit" of the hood pins, the catches mounted in the bay and some crafty hood work in fibreglass to recess it ala complete stock look, may be in order???
