They are easy to install. Typiacal cost is approx $ 400 + the Valves I think . Holes are drilled and Reamed 2 different dia's. The Valve is inserted and cannot come out thro as this dia is smaller than Valve. The back side is open to the Oil groove gallery of the main Bearing shell. Its a good thing to do, if you can. Great upgrade.
