Default Need suspension/handling tuning guide

Somewhere on this board I remember seeing a post that was a quick reference for suspension tuning/handling but I have seached and can't find it. I would like to have a quick list that I can take with me to autoX to remind me of possible adjustments. Such things like tire pressure, shock bounce and rebound adjustments, sway bar adjustments, etc. and how to adjust them to increase/decrease understeer/oversteer. Any help is appreciated.

One useful piece is Carroll Smith's 'Engineer in Your Pocket'. It actually is pocket sized and covers quite a few possibilities. It has cause and effect, or vice versa. I think Classic Motorbooks carries it, and possibly Pegasus (race bits supplier) as well, or try Amazon or Borders.

You only have to remember one thing.
If one end is loose make the other end stiffer.

Automotion used to print a quick guide in their old catalogs.

Here is a good one from Honda S2000 site
