Default Urgent: Rear eccentric / camber / ride height

The car is up on the rack as we speak. The tech says he can get the rear camber I was looking for (-1.5-2.0), but to do so he will drop the rear a few inches.

Does that sound right, or is he trying to adjust camber with the ride height eccentric ? What should he be looking for ?

As far as i know one is to go up and down the other is for camber alone, what has camber got to do with lower the car up or down?

With some suspension geometries (apparently including ours) lowering or raising the car will give you a camber change. It's far from the ideal way to set it though !
