A question: The valves in Lart's pictures are piston valves, right?
How would a diaphragm valve work in the different orientations? Same issue?

I tried to change the orientation of the BOV what a PITA it hits the hood I guess I'll have to get new hoses.

As you can see it doesn't fit.
The Forge valve replaces a Lindsey valve. The Lindsey valve has shorter "Nipples" for the hoses to attach to.
It didn't fit 100% either, but I could get it attached.

I just went through EXACTLY what you are going through. I ended up using two 90 degree hoses and got everything to fit OK. I had to pull the j-pipe as far forward (towards the headlights) as I could to get the hoses to line up. I am seeing some interference between the headlight bucket and the air filter at the moment but think I can eliminate that with a little more adjustment. I'll take some pictures for you tonight.

Here are the pictures. Remember that I had to pull the j-pipe as far forward as it would go and still be clamped into the connector to the turbo.

Thanks Solo!
Looks good. I'll try that. 90º bends are easy to get. s-shaped hoses are not.

I was concidering rewelding the connector on the j-pipe, but I'm worried that it could mess up the MAF readings.
