Connecting the LBE to the wastegate?

I'm going to continue using the LBE until I get a decent EBC, but wanted to ask about eliminating the CV to run the hose from the LBE to the wastegate.
How should I remove the curent (too short) hose and attach one of the correct length? I'm not sure how to deal with the pressure fitting. What kind of hose should be used?

Dude you need to take a hard look at the fuel line on the rail to the left of the LBE in that pic. It has a crack in it and I would bet it is also fossilized rubber. Replace that thing before you end up with an engine fire.
Sorry to stray from your subject but I thought I should point it out.

You can use the existing metal tube, and since the one line comes out from underneath the manifold very close to the banjo bolt, you can hook it up like that. Otherwise i think it is best putting in a male male splice, i dont know if i would want to mess with that fitting.
