Default Gaskets needed with Tial install? with pics.

What do I need to have on hand when replacing the stock WG to the Tial?

Thanks.

There are two gaskets you will want to replace. I bought both but only replaced one due to access issues. I don't have any leaks.

Another thing you will want to make sure and do is use threadlock (it's utility due to extreme heat is questionable) and absolutely use lockwashers on all bolts.

When I originally installed my Tial I fashioned a support bracket by modifying the stock piece. There wasn't room for a lock washer and sure enough after 3 weeks that single bolt had worked itself loose. I now run without the bracket, and like many others have had no issues.

If you are referring to a gasket for the adapter plate face that's shown in the photo, the only thing you'll need is the ring that fits in the circular slot around the hole. I just reused the one that was already present in the stock dump pipe. The faces of the flange on the dump tube and the WG adapter plate make metal-to-metal contact with no gasket. That's the way it was stock on mine and I have no leaks. I also used lock washers and high-temperature Loctite on all the bolts. So far everything has been tight for one year!
