Default Hotside suggestions... TonyG?

I am going to make a 3" downpipe and exhaust and are going to move to a full garrett spec. What A/R's are people running on a 2.5? Tang divided? I have an inclination for higher HP in mind. Does anyone have housings for sale? I am thinking a .68 A/R may be the go (goal is 400WHP+).

Please only post if you have some experience on this.

Try to get a .61 AR hot housing from HKS.
Have seen the housing & it's worth the cash.
Drop Corleone a line. He's running this set-up.

No need for tang divided since you don't keep the exhaust pulses seperated all the way.

Hope, You've got to see it & you'll
understand what I mean. It's one
of the reasons why HKS turbos
cost a bomb.

I think Edman 951 is running with a .63AR on his
GT30. Speaking of which, why don't you check
www.atpturbo.com. It seems that they have Garrett
hot housings that would fit the KKK flanges. If so it will
save you much time & headache.

I'm running a 58 a'r instead of the 70 a/r, because of the lag on the 70a/r. Depending on the trac you want to use it on, the 70a/r will be to laggy (full boost at 4400rpm instead of 4000rpm).

I unfortunatly don't have a dyno run with the 70a/r, but I woudn't be suprised if my peak HP numbers were up, but torque would be down, due to the lag.

It's sad that Tony's gone from this board
He was very insightful ( pretty opinionated as well ) but that's ok
because he was very knowledgeable

So you are seeing full boost at 4000rpm with a .58? And that made 415 at 18psi or was that with the .70?
