I'm thinking about a tial too... So the ebay ones for 200 (non Porschhh prices) will still need an adatpor? so its pretty much worth it to go to myswiss or SFR?
Anyone have a used one they want to unload, I wouldnt mind used for a good price.

With both MySwiss and Speedforceracing being very close in price (MySiss is a few dollars less), it is worth the piece of mind to avoid E-bay intangibles and to support Rennlist sponsors/members. ~$315 shipped with adapters is a very fair price.

BTW – Lindsey wants a core because they are converting the stock wastegate to a dual port style – not supplying a Tail wastegate.

I would be wary of the Ebay deals – they may not send you all the hardware. It’s not much more to get the package from one of the usual vendors.

Oh yeah, The E-bay units won't have the adapters which usually run ~$100.

I got mine off eBay, had all the hardware including the adapters, cost $215. Though I think the price has henerally gone up since.

What's the advantage to the 42mm one versus the 38mm one? Besides $250 additional.

For our cars, none. I have the 46mm on my car now and had a 38 on the one I built for my dad. There is no difference in spool up or reaction. I've bought/installed 3 or 4 from myswiss and they've been great every time.

You do not need anything larger than 38mm on a 951. Below 400 RWHP, you don't have the power, and above 400 RWHP, you are using a lage turbo that inherently does not require the accurate/fast response capability of a big 46mm because the wastegate doesn't need to open as much.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the 38 will be fine for 600 crank HP.

Can't say anything about the 35 - never used it.

yea you dont get adapters on ebay usually but the patern for the 35 and 38 mm is so different from the stock wastegate that making the adapters would be real easy because the bolts wouldn't even be close to the same place, know what i mean? i say get it on ebay and buy 2 pieces of metal for 5 bucks and make it yourself. save about a 100 bucks. But then again if you dont want to deal with it then sfr is defenetly good choice
