Question leather seat material

Suppose one wanted to re-upholster the leather seats in our cars.

Where could one buy the perforated leather, etc. ?

Or, who maked decent quality LEATHER seat covers to replace old torn ones?

Which sources to avoid?

Check out the ones from Travis at Rennbay - he does awesome seat cover sets. I just redid the seats in my 968 Cab and they look great. he can do them in leather or vinyl.. I did the sports seats in a special order black piping light grey vinyl that looks and feels like leather - decided against all leather cause the UV in an open car is so hard on the leather.

I had mine done with the original Porsche O.E. skins by a professional upholstery shop. They're freekin' amazing! VERY expensive (cost me about $1,500) but worth it. It's nirvana for my ***.
