Looks great Todd...I'll probably end up using the same guys. Do you know the thickness of the coating? Did the shop mention any concerns about coating the inside of the pipes upstream from the turbo?

that in tubes or tight confines.
Surely the etch they use is a chemical one, so it can get anywhere the coating can.

Hi Fen,
Even if it's a chemical, you would still have problem
when spraying on the coating especially in manifolds
where there are bends which you can't even see.
I've heard of a new compound for internal use that
can be pour or brush on. Notsure if the coaters are
using this.

I'll let you know if my turbo lunches any of the coating then.

To be honest though the headers are in two parts without much in the way of difficult to get to parts (possibly excepting the flexi section in #1) and the crossover and turbo inlets are both fairly simple as well as quite big bore.

Hey John!! thanks. Where are the kills?????

Hey, email the owner, Bill, and tell him I sent ya

Actually, if anyone is interested in a group buy, I am sure he would be reasonable. I paid $280 for all that, maybe $250 or cheaper with enough buyers.

"theres no way you can do that in tubes or tight confines." Unless they run the beads through the pipes and thus the bends. As I found the beads they use to prep the surface in between the exhaust and the exhaust heat shielding. Just had to shake it a bit and they came out.

hey Chetah: He said there are no problems upstrream as it WILL NOT flake. But feel free to email/call him as he has no problem answering tons questions.
