Plattsburgh, and it's just a safety/visual inspection. Down in the city, and surrounding areas as far up as rockland county there is a smog/sniffer test.

I live in Watertown and when I moved March of last year I was told that they were going to start state wide smog testing in June. Guess I will find out for sure on Thursday when I get back from Ireland.

David, there is no state-wide smog as of now. They have been talking about it for a looooong time.

I will have to work a little harder now to keep all of these vitesse car in check. Didn't know the metro ares had so many power crazed 951 drivers around. Good luck with the build up.
