Hey Guys
I recently pulled the cam housing off and discovered that the inner most cam collar has a circular mark around the collar ( I assume where the cam seal was)
I ran my fingernail over it and was not able to catch it on the mark
What is the best route to take here ? I believe the new part is like 38 bucks![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
Is there a way that I can polish it off, or should I leave it, or buy a new one ?
Someone in the know please advise![bowdown](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/bowdown.gif)
Thanks in advance
Ed

Depends on how lucky you feel. If you can't feel it and you don't really feel like spending $38 on a new on then just reuse it, but don't be surprised if it leaks after a few thousand miles. If I were you I would just replace it and be done with it but then again I'm lazy and hate doing a job twice.
