TurboCab, check the stats again. The Aero is now rated at 908hp. With a porsche six speed. I'm only shooting that high because I really don't want to get rid of my car and if I do, I need to make up for it with something like that.

TurboX, 900hp would be nice. Looks like you are on your way to a nicely prepped 951 yourself.
Popthatthang, I've seen you on here before a few times. You get flamed a lot. This is a porsche board and you may be on the wrong board. I like the Supra's though. Hard to beat, actually unbeatable I would say in the quarter mile. As far as an all around super car, it's not even close. You can get a ton of muscle cars doing 7's and 8's in the quarter. They are not supercars either. Do you know Dave Kodayer? He owns the Red Supra Turbo that's been in Every Tuner Mag I know. Many covers as well. Great guy. He is pullin' 800 hp. He's doing consistent 9's on street tires. We went out on the highway to compare cars. I took off and didn't see him until 130mph. His lag was crazy. He shot by me like I was standing still. Then by 170 I caught back up and we went neck and neck to 185 and both let off. He'll be the first to tell you that aren't the best track cars. I'm tellin' you my car is not that slow. A lot of these guys could care less about dragin'. They track these cars and many people have said these are arguably the best track cars ever built. By the way, what do you drive?

I am sure your car is very fast and I know how hard the 951 can accelerate at higher speeds but how did you catch a car that has hundreds of HP more than you with the gears to run close to 200mph? 951's have good aerodynamics and the gearing is good for high end runs but are you sure your buddy did not just let up?
I have heard of Supra's losing at very high speeds to other 951's but I just don't see how unless the Supra starts to run out of breath and that would be hard to believe with a car that flows so much and can run such a big turbo.

I think he has taller gears. The guy blew past me like I was standing still, seriously but then I just kept pullin' slowly but surely. Maybe he did let me catch up. Thing was damn fast. Just a ton of lag. Are they geared for 200mph? I didn't think they were?
