jf951: I doubt it. PCV is the possibly oldest of the smog rules.
Sam: Can't get the AOS off without removing the down pipe. Big PIA.
944CS: in my case, no oil in tank = no fumes. But if you do have oil fumes, you run a hose from the top of the tank back to the J-boot and restore the closed system.

No, mine get no accumulation. Looks cool but probably a waste of time and money, unless it shows you that you have bad blow-by past the rings. Which is good but not pleasant to know.
