The ostrich attitude is because i am just sick of this issue, it has been going on for weeks now.
David: That is how i know it leaks, pressurised the intake and sprayed soapy water, it bubbled from where the injector meets the intake.
I never asked 20 questions, all i asked was if anyone has a crack from the injector bored on the intake, causing an air leak. Since i closely inspected the bores, used 3 different seals, tightened down everything accordingly, i am out of ideas. Hence, two vendors informed me that i MAY have a crack.

I meant US having to ask 20 questions to get the info out of you, and we still don't have all the answers. Did you bolt it down properly?
If yes, then I guess you have a crack. Time to get it fixed.

Buy a or borrow an intake ( there a a lot of them around )
I would not bother having it fixed its not worth it. They are all over for 50 bucks
All over, that is, in the US, can't speak for elsewhere
good luck

Hussam you can buy a used intake for $ 50.00 . Just replace the intake or let a mechanic fix the problem for you. Crack on the intake is always a bad thing.

Could it be that the fuel rail itself is bent and not forcing the injector deep in the hole?

Derek: As of now, i used high temp silicon all around the injector (it turns into a rubber material when dry).
Fast951: That is what i thought, but then i installed the injectors on the intake first THEN push down the fuel rail on them. I followed the manual (driving in the injectors onto intake manifold), then when installing the fuel rail, i push down on injector 4 first, then the rest. I keep pushing down the fuel rail untill i can install the injector retaining clips.

Old thread, but i wanted to say that the problem was solved a very long time ago (maybe 1 month after starting this thread).
What i did was i just followed the workshop manual on installing the injectors, which is to drive them into the intake manifold first (and tap them with a rubber mallet as far as they would go), then push down the fuel rail on them. No leaks (air or fuel).
Just thought i would post the solution to this for the archives incase anyone faces this later on.
PS: Always use ATF and lightly coat the injector seals (top and bottom) as well as the injector bored on the intake manifold and fuel rail.
