Default Cross-over pipe

The bracket connecting my 1 pc cross-over pipe to the Tial wastegate has cracked off. I have two options. One being to try and remove the pipe without breaking any bolts and the other is take it to my local specialist and have them weld it while its still attached. I would just take it off and have them weld it, but I'm very afraid off either breaking the bolts or otherwise screwing it up. I know it could be welded while still on the car. How hard is it to take it off and what option would you do?
Thanks,
Josh

Nevermind, I just went under and looked at where the pipe connects to the turbo. No room to work and lots of rusty bolts just begging to be snapped off. That pipe is going to stay on the car!!! Off to the shop I go.
