Thomas tells me he dynoed 350FWHP.
Afterwards he raced a 951S and they were dead even.

How would a 951S matches a 350rwhp 951?

A 951 s should be nowhere near you after 3 gear and 350 rwhp. If it is your not making that kind of power.

Duke: I got the zeitronix to log A/F, boost, EGT @ rpm and load.

Lutjen: I`m running the SPEC stage 3 clutch, so it isnt a slip issue if thats what you were thinking about

John: Yeah, I will send a log file over to you tomorrow I hope. Cant do it today, its holiday over here now. I`ll do some research tomorrow!

Not 350rwhp, 350crank HP. So theres something WRONG! But, dont realy wanna talk about those numbers cause I think that they`re maybe wrong. The dyno guy stopped the run cause an oil issue, and I had a boost problem as well(full boost at 4400rpm. its now down to 3300rpm). Nor was the map tuned good. This same setup was used when I raced the 951S, but its right that he almost were as fast as me. I were the fastest, but just by one/two car length or something. But, dont look to much at those numbers. I`ll get back to you with some more 50-150km/t numbers etc!

Anyway, its not anywhere near 400rwhp there yet. Its not Johns kit that are the problem, he has already profen his +400rwhp stability kits, but something else is messing with my power.

Will try on a stock intake to see of anything changes. Theres also some finetuning to adjust in the SMT6.

Thomas, now that you got your boost/WG fixed.. Start fine tuning your setup few 1000s RPM at a time... Do all your fine tuning at 14-15psi boost, when statisfied move to higher boost. With the kit you have you should walk away from a 993TT or 996TT.. (not 1st & 2nd gears).

Get your AFR close to where you want it, take a data log from 2500rpm to 6000rpm in 3rd gear...

John; I will do! A question about tuning the SMT6. I know that we can change the deflection and rpm scale. Now I`ve tuned it with rpm going from 600 to 6500rpm in the scale. I know that I can change this to lets say 2000-3000rpm. Then the A/F is way better to control... BUT, when I then change the scale to 3000-4000rpm, will the mapping I`ve done at 2000-3000rpm be saved in the SMT6? Or do I have to map everything in the total scale, 600 - 6500rpm? If I can map it 2000-3000rpm, 3000-4000rpm, 4000-5000rpm etc how can I later pick up the different map? If you understand my question Its late her now, and I`m kinda tired! hehe

Thomas, Keep the same RPM deviation 600-6500rpm.. However do not tune the whole RPM 2000-6000RPM at once.. Start your run at 2000-2500 and stop at 4500rpm.. clean the map! Now repeat but stop at 5500rpm, clean map.... Repeat, but stop at 6200rpm..
Clean AFR for few 1000s RPM at a time on the same map.
