Fan thermostat
What exactly controls the fan low/high setting. My fan is not switching to high like it should.

Check the fan relay, they have a tendency to go bad and behave like you are describing.

Install a bypass switch, inside the cabin. One local 951 owner did that, but i don't like the idea of the high-speed fans always on.
