I've found Ian's (944Online) to be reasonably good, as is Zim's.

Check the RennList Sponsors. Pelican Parts, Performance Products, Paragon Products, and Zim's are some of the vendors that I use. Stay away from Vertex Auto. Vertex has BAD rebuilt parts, and they seem to have trouble with getting the right parts.

For things like rebuilt alternators try Auto Zone, Pep Boys, and the like. NAPA is a good source for some of the more "generic" parts like hoses, O-Rings, belts, brake pads and such.

Some items will be dealer only, but most dealers give a PCA member discount.

Griffith's Technical in NJ is a good place for compressors and other parts, as well as steering pumps and racks.

Definitely can't argue with Paragon or Ian's. Both are very good and know our cars quite well.

I've found Performance Products to be on the pricy side and had an issue in the past w/ a bad rebuilt waterpump.

It's pretty hard to beat these guys on AC stuff.

www.autohausaz.com

$400 will get you a rebuilt compressor, new drier and expansion valve.

I'd avoid rebuilts. I've killed three "rebuilt" compressors now. I'm stickin' with new I don't care how much more it is. There's a reason. You get what you pay for, IMO.
