Default Specs on stock head and springs?

What are the specs for the head and where to measure it? Im going to get it milled down to increase CR, and I want to make sure it hasnt been decked or anything before (car had a headgasket done 96 or so).

Also, what would be the specs on the springs? The shop is going to check them over and test them, but they dont know the specs.

Getting the head worked over, milling, oring, new guides and seals, full valve grinding (radius, backgrind, etc etc) and some porting and polishing done

Here's a pic stolen from a previous post. Mark is near the #2 cylinder, and if it's flush (or nearly flush) with the rest of the head's surface then you're in the market for a new head.

I mill it right up to to the intake-valve, about 0.060" off, so that the intake-valve is only about 1mm away from that flat-edge. Then I angle the head so the valves are flatter and mill some more, about 0.090". Will need to re-bore the holes for the studs to make them normal to the head-surface. The 944 GTR's head had the valves almost perfectly vertical...
