Exclamation Have no fear: PRO-M MAFs are BACK!

A Michigan based company just bought the rights to Pro-M's entire lineup and will begin reselling them in the next few weeks. I know several guys involved in it and I am already lining up a 951 MAF and MAFtuner groupbuy.

More news as it becomes available.

I have a lindsay stg 2 maf with powerperfect controller for sale. It has a new k&N filter and has less than 300 miles on it. Bought the Vitesse stg2 kit that already has the maf kit. PM me if it is of interest.

Well this was a PM from J Chen but since his inbox is full *poke poke* and since everyone might benefit from it, I thought I'd share:

I'm awaiting a data DVD with over 6 gigs of documentation for all the Pro-M products. I have rough pricing right now but I need to find a source for piping (turbo to MAF, MAF to airfilter.) That seems to be our only snag at this point.

Why don't they use the same part suppiers that PRO-M used? There would be no need to do first artice inspections, or worry that they don't have all the proper tooling to make consistant parts etc,etc...... Unless there was a supply chain problem to beging with, it seems like the logical thing to do.

Dark Lightning: Thanks for the heads up. That sounds fabulous! I thought it was going to take months, if not a year before someone did it. The second you have info, please let all of us know. Personally speaking, I need either a new hotwire piece or my old one to be rebalibrated so I can break the
500+ RWHP mark baby!

What's the intended price range? Will these also work on the n/a cars?

Is there a P/N for the Pro-M MAF or at least a dimension (77mm, 80mm, etc) for the core unit?

I will not quote prices until I have rock solid numbers in my hands. Nothing looks worse than back pedaling for all you're worth.

N/A may come later; I'm not saying yes, I'm not saying no, I'm saying we're focusing on turbo units right now.

I don't have part numbers. For CERTAIN the 80mm will be available but I have no information on the 75mm. A lot of restructuring has gone on and I have to find out where the pieces fall.
