A 951 isn't much to most girls I know. If thats what you're after, there are much better cars for that. New and Shiny usually counts for much more than speed or even the prestige of the Marque.

Girls check me out in the p-car more than average... so I'd say many girls do like the stereotypical young-guy-in-red-sports-car image. I know girls who are into cars are attracted to it. I think the other ones just equate the magic seven letters to money.
Who knows... I don't see why it matters either way. I'd never actually try to start a relatinoship with a girl who asked for a ride in my car. She's obviously not looking for any longevity or seriousness in a relationship.

Oh my God this is so funny! When I drive the 944's women barely notice, and only some older guys look at it. But when I take out my killer 996, I have to beat down the women, young and old, tripple baggers to 10's!

Anyplace I've ever lived in Florida nobody would even take a second look. "Oh, just another old sports car. Probably a Firebird or something." And frankly, I'd have to agree with them. These cars are so 80's. I think the only ones who would notice are "Porsche people." Luckily, I have a beautiful wife and don't drive the car anyway so it doesn't really matter.
I ran into a 944 tonight with my wife and I said, "Hey there's a Porsche." Her reply, "yeah one like yours.....OLD." ouch!

I don't know. I get up front valet in VEGAS at Palms, Bellagio, and Venetian with my car among Lambo's, Ferrari's, etc. The only car I see getting extra special attention is the new Rolls. My car doesn't look old. I never use the headlights. That's what makes the car look dated. I use the euro fogs for driving. My paint is flawless, and I can out run almost every car it's parked next to in valet. And I STILL wouldn't trade it for some hot sex. lol. So I think we should give our cars a little more credit. Older 911's still get a lot of attention when their looks are updated like MitchB's avatar on this thread. It's all about presentation, I think. Maybe I just like my car too much...

Girls here barely know what is a 911, or a Boxster, or even a Cayenne (which seems to have a bigger crowd here).
A 951 is a one off, same for a Cabrio, 928, 968 or even the 356 9yes, we have a coouple of them here).
