Default What might M474 (Koni Yellow Sports) Sell for?

I've got these original shocks on my '86 951, and was wondering if people (in general) might even pay money for these, in case I were to upgrade to M030 or something..

By the way... This is NOT a "For Sale" thread... I'm just wondering what might be a reasonable price (if it'd be worth selling them anyhow) if I decided to in the future.

Thanks,
Jeff

I bought a set of brand new ones on Ebay for $200 so I bet you could get $100.

A "set".. Is that all four (front left, right, rear left, right)?

Ask jp944 he bought a used set from me, I don't remember how much though.
It was much more than $100 IIRC, we did some market research to price them and came up with a fair number.
The m747 setup rocks too, great upgrade for a NA car.

What did you search for to find those ? New they list for around $400 !

The only place I've seen them cheaper was a mob called "flatsixonline" I think out of Singapore who had them for $95, but that seems a bit iffy.

$400!! Really? These aren't the M030 koni's now... not ride-height adjustable or w/e... Hmm... Maybe selling them to finance a suspension upgrade is more feasible than I thought..

I found what I sold them for:
$200 for all 4 w/front springs.
These were in working order and didn't need rebuild cartiridges.
Dependng on the miles, $175-225 for the set should be about right.

What's the deal with buying used struts though ? How do you know you're actually getting ones that are better than what you have ?
