Matt, very good question, I should clarify.
The latest Stage 2 differs from last year's stage 2 turbo in many ways: Different compressor, different internal components/mods (bearings, seals, ....) which require machining etc..
The internal mods are designed for better oil management, quicker spoolup and enhanced reliability.
The turbo for sale has all the upgrades/specs/machining as the latest Stage 2, the compressor itself was not changed...

The guy that supposedly was purchasing this kit, bailed out the last minute. Kit is available if anyone is interested.
