Auto Meter boost/vacuum gauge accuracy? How to test?

Going with the pack
is quite monotonous.

Do you mean with the key turned on without starting the engine? If so, that is normal. You are seeing 1 bar which is atmosphere.....

So, with the car off, you are seeing '1' on the stock gauge?

Just for something interesting, with my car off, I show 1+psi boost.

My gauge reads ~15Hg when cold, then reads ~19-20Hg when warm. Thing is, i know i have a vacuum leak from the manifold (3 really). Stock car, on boost i get ~8psi WOT. When i reach 1bar on teh factory gauge, the autometer gauge reads ~8-9Hg.........this is a brand new gauge and im guessing i have some leaks at the connections for that gauge (it was a quick install to check vacuum at idle).
