Just kidding.

I don't know the number. I took it out of the car brought it to auto zone or pep boys, I forget, and matched it up by looking at a bunch. Went home and put it in the car.. I will have to check it out but I am nowhere near my car..sorry

Must have been Pep Boys (we dont have one here)
The Advance and Aiutozones in our area are not very helpful at all.

Most relays have a circuit diagram on the side with numbers at each connection point ie. 89, 51 etc. etc. if you live in a town of any size you should be able to find one out of a junked bimmer or mercedes that matches the more rudimentary ones on our cars. Or you can look for a new one that matches up at an auto parts place. I am not sure about the More complicated ones, meaning more than 6 bayonet connections. I found a replacement for my window motor relay at the junkyard.

Trust me they are no different up here. You have to walk in and take over. I asked to see a box of relays and thats what they did. They brought out a big tray of relays and you just tell them that they can wait on the other customers and you just go to town checking. If the employee wants to kill time they'll stick around and help you. Other than that, your right they are not helpful.

Well, I spent a while at Advance, AutoZone and NAPA digging through their relay stock
with no luck. When ya get a chance, a part number and Mfg would help.
Thanks
