Chris, What the hell? Why didn't you tell me about this option? I say we take it out to 115 or so. I should be able to run 30+ psi boost with that ample wall thickness.

You can only run 30 lbs if you change your radiator cap….your stock cap is only rated for 18 lbs.

measure once....cut twice...or something like that.

I think we went a little too big on the last pass. Might just have a head gasket sealing problem...

Hmmm...I got an idea by watching that pic...

30+psi is no problem with that block,Chris...you just need a THICK!! centre on the headgasket...one containing the upper part of the bore...all will be fine,then..

Chris: Stock cap is rates 150psi IIRC......shouldn't be a problem with 30+lbs of boost
