Default Update!!!!1 could it be vacuum related......keeps dropping to lean!

AS some of you know I have been hving a few problems with my car, hesitation when boost kicks in, poor and unstable idle allthough som, etimes is nice, misfiring and just no power moving up in rpms.....
so I reinstalled my narrow band AFR meter..and when ideling it indicates stoich a bit toward lean........as soon as I get going is sweepes toward lean but later TRYES to stbilize only to sweep to lean when I gas a little more.....
I have my adjustble FPR at 49psi.....
please help would a lean condition cause stumble? it seems to have problems when I gas it and if I ease it stabilizes but gas a bit more and hesitates and leans out..please help!!!

Update
could a vacuum leak cause it to run lean???? my gauge goes crazy between lean and stoich......especially as I gas it but when I let go of gas it stabilizes...what vacuum leak would do that.......
just trying to see if it's anything else than the chips........

John if you know the town live in.....it is a bit back in tachnology...one compe usa and they did not have the cable!!!!!!! you saw how long it took me to get the pics off from the digital camera..just one kinkos' around......so in short nope......and I have been searching every day......this problem is litereally eating me alive!!! keeps me up at night ..........funny thin John is that on the narrowband gauges it sweeps back and forth from stoich to lean......could a clogged fuel filter do it....... the fuel pressure is steady and stay steady at idle.....but whn gassed it drops a bit then stabilizes
