Got a B.Com (Hons) and M.Com (hons) and work full time as an Analyst and own a little company working on some projects here and there and scholarships to make up the rest of the income! PhD starting in 3-4 months once I finish publishing some articles on the results from my last thesis.

Until most recently a marketing manager for Agilent Technologies...currently enjoying my 'early retirement', spending my severance package on 951 parts and searching for meaningful employment (We seek the Holy Grail!).

I work in the travel industry as an IT consultant, and I grind out car money working on other people's car's. I supported myself for 6 months playing hold'em and loved every minute of it, but it was time to find some real work.

Iam the Chief Scientist, serving NASA JPL and the primary advisor for the entire NASA science portfolio. My duties include advising the senior leaders of the Agency on matters that range from how science fits into the Vision for Space Exploration to the basic scientific research and development priorities for the Agency. Also serving as the Lead NASA Scientist for Mars Exploration, formulating and developing the NASA scientific strategy for Mars, and most recently, that of developing an astro-nuclear tele-tranportation device for inter-planetary travel

Mercedesben
I worked with the Alvin Group back in the late 80's early 90's.
We didn't work much with Bob's ROV group.
Alvin at that time was pretty low tech. No fiber optic equipment.
From what I hear Alvin is undergoing a complete rebuild/update.
Gives me the itch to go back to sea.
