So for us that would be like an a/f from 12 to 1 on gas then 12 to .1 on nitro?????
Wouldn't that be more like 1.2 : 1 ? I read that ethanol motors generally require an almost 1:1 A/F ratio.

Oh, and I never knew that the Testerossa was a flat 12, thanks for the info!

That's right. Stoich for nitromethane is 1.2:1. Ethanol motors require a lot more however. They require almost as much air as gasoline. IIRC, stoich is ~10:1.

They showed a display of the fule used by a top fuel dragster. 150gal per/min.

They said a street car would be out of a full tank of gas in about 10 seconds.

They use 32 injectors!!!

The fuel pumps on TF Motors require about 250hp to run. Next time you are at a race try and get a good look at the heads from a TF Motor. The valving is unbelievable, and so is the integrated direct fuel injection.

norwood builds sick stuff I remember seeing a post somewhere that at hennesey's dyno of viper fame, a norwood customer ripped off a 1000 hp pass with like a perfect a/f ratio. That's good stuff.

But dont forget guys, AMAF could take him down no problem.

The cars I really like of his (besides the Doom cars) were the MR2 engines he built, the ones that did like 12k RPM and pulled off mid 200MPH runs on 1.2 liters or something.

sadly, within a very short time, Mr. Juca was gone from the forums (apparently, due to getting laid off from his job at In and Out Burger), and has not been heard from since.... but it is rumoured, that the patron saint of Rennlist, (Mr. Lart) picked it to the bone around this same general time....
