Also check the rod from the pedal to the master cylinder, there is an adjuster nut on it an if to loose the rod could bind (if memory serves me correctly).

Something doesn't sound right. Why would the clutch assembly (PP/disk/release bearing) cause the master hydraulic cylinder or the clutch pedal to stick after being released? And to top it off, when it sticks, the clutch is fully engaged and doesn't slip. After all, the clutch assembly is driven by the slave cylinder.

Well FIRST thing i would do is, lose the body kit and the Rims, THEN fix the clutch!

Maybe the pedel mechanics is getting into some sort of bind, maybe related to the speed of the release. I am thinking this could be solved with a little run time and some WD40.
Porsche951redt, do you have wear measurements of the clutch disk from the Porsche mechanic?

Well, from what we're being told, there is no problem with the clutch operation. The only problem is with the clutch pedal not coming all the way up. This could happen due to a few reasons, not enough pressure from the slave cylinder (can be caused by air in the lines, defective master/slave cylinder/line, OR flexing/corroded firewall area), or the assist spring (broken/mis-shaped).

At 0400 this is totally unreadble...I will try again at 1000 and see if it makes more sense.
