Check your compression & leakdown figures. Also what's your boost-curve like? The madly diving torque-curve seems to indicate a boost-drop off. Yeah, I'm a leary of that air-fuel ratio. You can get max-boost at 3000-3500 instead of 4000rpm if you dial in a leaner 13.0:1 mixture in that range.

With your configuration, most people are getting 300-350rwhp at those boost-levels. Something's amiss here... Let me know the next time you dyno, I can help you out with some more optimised mappings, if you skew the look-up point too much with the massager to get optimum fuel, you compromise the ignition maps.

Hi Danno, if you want we can use the track masters dyno. Did they finally move from Santa Clarita? I'll take care of your time we can do it any day after December 20 to Jan 3. Just let me know if you are available. I got the handle of the Power perfect unit but I really don't know what's the optimal a/f ratio, I was just following Lindsey's recommendation , he had told me to keep the a/f ratio at 12:3 once boost hits all the way to red line.

Thanks

Should I replace my wastegate with a tial 38mm? Could a bad Blow off valve be reason for the loss of 30 Hp?

If stock diverter valve, test it by blowing into each large port hard. You shouldn't hear air coming out of either the other large port or the small vacuum port. It would cause you to lose boost.

You running stock WG?? If your dropping a lot of boost due to WG, then yea, those numbers would be dead on.

BOV, could add to the drop, but usaully WG. And think, to loose 30+ hp, your only talking a drop of about 3 psi by the WG. So your if your 17 rolls down to 14, then those numbers are just fine for only 14psi.

This talk about BOV and wastegate trouble, you would see the boost gauge drop in the higher rpms, if the gauges isn't dropping PSI then your not loosing boost...

Even If your wastegate doesn't hold boost up top. It wouldn't effect the peak torque. I need to say this again. Your A/F is VERY lean... I am so sure that I would almost pay for your next dyno session. But after all It is your car.

Best thing to do is to take the car to a different dyno shop and compare the results.

Did your LM-1 WB match with the dyno WB?

Jumbo1111, here are my last 2 logs from my Innovate wideband:

I had done some more tuning which doesn't show on those graphs.

Looking at your dyno and these logs, they dont match up unless these logs posted above were tuned AFTER the dyno.

You should try to go for 13.1 untill 3,000-3,500 (for getting max boost) then dialing in ~12.3-12.5 to redline.

But im still interested in your boost graphs..........does your gauge drop off at all at 5,000+rpm?
