I dunno, I guess there isn't that much to see over here. Not a whole lot of crime, but unfortunately not too many hot chicks either. During winter, the northern regions can be pretty different compared to most other places - if you enjoy a lot of snow and frigging cold weather that is

If you find yourself in Helsinki (the capital of Finland), just let me know and I'll give you a tour around. I can't think of any outstanding tourist attractions, but the scenery in itself is pretty nice.

Nah, snow chains would be a bit overkill... plus they'd ruin all the fun... I suppose one can get around with those, but for real driving, proper winter tires are the way to go.

For some reason it's not winter here yet. There is no snow on the ground and the temperatures have been hovering around 0°C or +1°C for the week. Last year this time we were having the outdoor NHL game in -28°C weather.
