Default Cannot find correct color code ?

On the top of my window sticker it says Color- G1G1 INT-PA but these numbers do not match any of the color code charts I have found on the net?
Can anyone shed some light on this for me ?

Go open the trunk, lift up the carpet and see what the option code is. It will tell you. What color is the car? Blue/Red/White?

G1G1 is not a Porsche color code.
If you're curious about your original exterior color/interior color/car's build date, etc, call 1800PORSCHE and dial in customer commitment. They'll need your vin.

Even though you've got your answer, I'll add this.. Under the hood, from the drivers side, very near the base of the hood and just inside the fuse/relay box there is a decal with the color code and the name. Mine says this: "Y5U AUDI" and below it, "Glacier Blue Metallic". Yep, it is an Audi color. My under hood is fairly clean yet the decal is quite worn, I wouldn't be surprised if you can't read that one anymore.

Mine is too worn to read but thank you for the idea!

I have the exterior color figured out but I'm still stumped on the interior color code name?

Well the interior CAN'T be too tough, in 1988 they only offered 4 colors.

Black,
Burgundy,
Light Grey (tan) and
Champagne (yellow)

No Prob.. If you want to swap some interior pieces, be careful. 89 had an interior color called Linen Grey which is an off-white, lighter than your interior (which I've heard called "Bone"). I've bought Linen interior parts from an 89 that said on the tag "Light grey" (Rear hatch carpet) but I knew it was linen, lighter than the 88 color ..I'm guessing something got lost in the translation. I don't mean to confuse you more, just remember 89 had a different off-white interior than 88 did.

The second set of code (in your case PA) is the interior colour?

The code is Colour for Exterior/Interior right?

Guards red and India red are the same color. They changed the name at least three times: Guards Red, Indian Red, India Red. It refers to the color of the coats that guards wore...thus Guards Red.

Paint code for all is LM3A.
